User-Generated Content

Instructors who create content for Horlavend retain ownership of their original creative works. By providing content to the platform, instructors grant Horlavend an exclusive license to distribute, market, and display their courses through our platform.

All revenue sharing and intellectual property terms between Horlavend and instructors are governed by separate instructor agreements.

Platform Technology

The software, design, structure, organization, and underlying code of this platform are proprietary to Horlavend and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the platform.

Third-Party Content
